This print invokes the obscure myth of Laocoon, whose story survives only in fragments. In the artist’s renders spiraling polypores carrying the resonance of the myth, cycles of imprisonment and release, struggle and transformation. The spiral becomes both binding and liberating, echoing the myth’s tension between confinement and transcendence. In this interpretation, Laocoon is not a fixed tale but a mirror of process: life caught in cycles, always moving toward a greater unfolding and potential.
