In Fission, the fungal world is cast into cosmic register. Mycelial forms burst outward, splitting and radiating like an explosion. The drawing emphasizes divergence, the breaking apart that seeds new beginnings. Here, the microscopic is aligned with the astronomical: fungal networks become metaphors for stellar expansion, for the creation of multiplicity out of unity.
