Wallpaper
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, for wallpapers we require a minimum order of 10 yards. The reason we require a minimum order, is because our manufacturers charge us a ' set-up fee ' for each new order of wallpaper.
How do I know how much to order?
Please see our information on how to ORDER or contact us directly and we will be happy to help you.
What is the lead time?
Lead time on all orders is 4-6 weeks, plus delivery time. Should you need an order urgently, a fee of $350 can reduce print turnaround to 1 week; please contact us to arrange this.
Are any of your products ready to ship?
No, all of our products are printed to order. However, art prints have a lead time of 1 week as opposed to the 4-6 week lead time on wallpapers.
Do you ship internationally?
YES. Please contact us to arrange a separate payment for this service.
Where are you based?
Claire Burbridge is based in southern Oregon, USA . However, your wallpaper will arrive direct from our manufacturers in the north-eastern United States.
Do you offer colourways other than those shown?
No. Because each design is made up of direct reproductions of an original artwork, in repeat, the colors are true to those transferred by Claire from pen or pencil to paper over months of work. However, please contact us should you have a wish to commission something special.
Do you offer ground materials other than those shown?
Yes, for special commissions we can offer a wider range of ground papers. Please read our information on how to Commission.
Are your wallpapers suitable for commercial premises?
Yes, they are ASTM-E84 fire rated and suitable for low-traffic commercial applications.
Are your wallpapers suitable for use in a bathroom?
Yes, our wallpapers can be installed in bathrooms, providing there is adequate ventilation to avoid buildup of moisture.
Can your wallpapers be cleaned?
Yes, they can be wiped clean with mild soap and water using a soft cloth or sponge. We suggest that you test any cleaning method in a discrete area first.
Are your wallpapers pre-pasted?
No, our wallpapers must be installed using a standard clear adhesive; see Measure & Fit for more information.
Can you print large volume orders?
Yes!
Do you accept returns?
No. Due to the custom nature of our ordering system, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or report faulty or damaged products to us immediately on receipt.
Prints
What is a print?
In this case, the print is a reproduction of an original artwork by Claire. The prints are archival; which means the inks won't fade and the paper is acid free . They are printed in very limited editions of only 11 prints. This gives them a rarity value.
Who owns the originals?
Claire's work can be found in collections worldwide. Please contact us should you be interested in buying or commissioning an original drawing.

Our domestic shipping rates are currently calculated according to the total cost of your order; all rates quote are for standard shipping. As noted above, we do not currently ship internationally by default, however should you wish to arrange an international delivery, please contact us to discuss this.
